I found the cleansing gel to be a very fresh citrus scented product, think oranges, lemons, limes, which lathers well without being too 'wet'. It left my skin clean, soft and oil free but without that tight sensation you can sometimes get from products designed for oily skin. It comes in a pump action bottle which is very handy and sanitary and I found a little goes a long way.
After doing a little research online I found that bee propolis is meant to be fantastic for problematic skin, stopping bacteria from spreading and promoting skin renewal so definitely one to look into if those are your concerns.

Next the Hydration Serum I got to use after the cleansing gel.
Hydration to all skin layers, thanks to aloe and hyaluronic acid
Instant increase to the skin moisture up to 63%, thanks to oat & lecithin
Maintaining a moist skin even after 24 hours, thanks to oat & lecithin
Longterm skin hydration 28%, thanks to chaste tree and honey

I expected the serum to be like other serums I've tried before, a clear fairly runny liquid so it surprised me when I found out it was a fairly thick product. But once applied to the skin it spread quickly and evenly and sunk in without a trace. Again it smells very fresh and it leaves my skin feeling quite taut but not tight.
I did find that if I applied it at night, in the morning my face was quite slick so I think this product is best suited for people with dry skin concerns as I think it will impart a lot of moisture to the skin for them.
Have you tried any Apivita skincare products, which do you prefer?

I love the shampoos and essential oils!! I also adore the face masks with clay!!
