Choices, choices, blog choices are the hardest to make.
It was a choice between NARS Deep Throat or Nails Inc Regent Street for this post and the polish won, mostly because I still haven't been able to get a decent photo of me wearing the blush to be honest. Roll on spring when photos will be easier to take.
Regent Street is part of a set called Heavy Metals which also contains Old Park Lane, a gold polish, and Downing Street, a steel blue polish.

Regent Street is a deep almost royal purple colour and extremely shiny as you'd expect a metallic polish to be.
It applied really easily and had decent coverage in just two (quick drying) coats.

I really do like this colour, and it'll be interesting to see if the gold shade is as shiny on me as this has been. As gold polishes tend to fall flat on my nails for some reason.

Pretty colour! I guess the whole point of the metals is that they're shiny but I think I'd quite like a matte version of Regent Street. :p

ReplyDeleteReally pretty colour - I think I have a mini bottle of this somewhere, might have to dig it out. Thing is, this kind of purple makes me think Cadbury's. And that makes me hungry. :-) x

ReplyDeleteThe shine is amazing, I'm having some serious Nails Inc lust atm. The only one I own is the one i got free with Glamour magazine a few months ago Tate (it's gorgeous!) Really nice shade of purple on the Regent St too!
