Rescue me with your smile

If there's one thing I hate that's disturbed nights and last night was no exception as per normal my neighbour decided to wake us up at an ungodly hour with his music and continue for several long hours well into the wee hours of the morn.

So obviously by the time I got some sleep and woke up this morning/afternoon (glad it was my day off) I wasn't in the best of moods, so I did what any sane girl would do.... payback.

Obviously as he'd been up all night he now needed his sleep right? Shame I felt like putting H.I.M on full blast with the bass right up.

And that also affected the way I did my make-up today, most days I go for a simple look, nothing too 'out there'. But today, with the mood I was in, and with H.I.M blasting I went for a slightly more angry look.

Et voila..
Using a black from an older Ruby & Millie palette, a tiny touch of Fyrinnae Sorceress, a dusting of Natural Collection's e/s in Snow Storm, Vivo's Liquid Eyeliner and lashings of L'oreal's Volume Million mascara.

There was no rhyme or reason to my eye make-up, I didn't even bother making it neat, messier the better given the mood I was in.

I stuck with a simple face of No7 foundation in Alabaster and a swirl of MAC's frosted blush in Style and on my lips the faintest amount of MaxFactors Lipfinity in 06 Royal Plum.

Oh and I went to the rental agency to lodge a complaint about the neighbour... (evil grin)

  4. Haha, yay for HIM and 'messy' make up!! :D
And nay for noisy neighbours, I'm lucky in that respect and have been for a few years.. but I remember that terrible snobbish girl in the flat above us, stomping like a huge elephant over my bedroom every damn night D:<
Hopefully the complaint will remind your neighbour to be a little more thoughtful.

  6. Nothing worse than a noisy neighbour! We had neighbours behind us being far too noisy...needless to say my younger bro thought it'd be a good idea to spray them over the fence with the garden hose - not the best of ideas! lol

    Love the make-up :)

  9. Next door is a never ending pain in the backside, if it's not music at all hours it's him rowing/beating up his.... female friend (read hoe) at all hours. I have had the police out on them before now. :(

  10. This post is hilarious! Considering the title, I thought it was so funny you werent smiling. Loud music and vacumming would have been a great payback!
